Not guilty by reason of insanity is diabolical, too. That shouldn't be allowed as a legal defense. If anything, it should be grounds for speeding up the death sentence. The argument should be: If he's so insane that he's not responsible for his actions, then he should be euthanized immediately so he doesn't harm himself.

I would say "harm others". If they are criminally insane and hurt people then who cares about what their well being is?
