They continue to exist because We permit them to. A single glance across sub-Saharan africa shows that *nobody needs niggers*. No one. Not one single person, anywhere. Not. One. We, Whites, are at the fucking apex of human development *because we define the apex of human development*. But niggers need Us and Our institutions, just to survive.
