Idk which government is behind these murders. Have heard theories about it being China, but that was around a decade ago. My thoughts are, no more farms, no more food. Collapse follows shortly after. Foreign country steps in to "retain control" and usher in "aid packages" that include armed soldiers. The country will be occupied immediately. A new "government" will be installed.
