Never will. They'll face no consequences. Reading the article, you see the dumbass German legal system can't criminally charge anyone under the age of 14- the killers were 12 and 13. So close!

I always thought the whole "treat children differently in criminal cases" was fucking retarded. There should be a clear distinction between charging juveniles for, idk, being dumbasses and vandalizing something, and stabbing a person to fucking death. Like, if violence is used, that whole "they're just a juvenile!" is out the window. They're just a fucking killer at that point, and should be treated as such.

Especially in a case like this- this wasn't just one insane, mentally ill bully that snapped and murdered one of their victims. Two of them went along with it. They knew it was wrong, which is why they tried to cover it up (poorly). That alone should be enough to blast their identities out- THE PUBLIC HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS MURDERED SOMEONE. I don't care if they were 4 years old, serve 14 years in juvie, and come out into the world "reformed"- people still need to know that that person has it in them to fucking stab you if you cross them.
