Reading the article, you see the dumbass German legal system can't criminally charge anyone under the age of 14- the killers were 12 and 13. *So close!* I always thought the whole "treat children differently in criminal cases" was fucking retarded. There should be a clear distinction between charging juveniles for, idk, being dumbasses and vandalizing something, and *stabbing a person to fucking death.* Like, if violence is used, that whole "they're just a juvenile!" is out the window. They're just a fucking killer at that point, and should be treated as such. Especially in a case like this- this wasn't just *one* insane, mentally ill bully that snapped and murdered one of their victims. *Two* of them went along with it. They knew it was wrong, which is why they tried to cover it up (poorly). That alone should be enough to blast their identities out- **THE PUBLIC HAS THE RIGHT TO KNOW THAT THESE INDIVIDUALS MURDERED SOMEONE.** I don't care if they were 4 years old, serve 14 years in juvie, and come out into the world "reformed"- people still need to know that *that person has it in them to fucking stab you if you cross them.*
