Okay, 4% for both whites and blacks preferring soccer as their favorite sport. Interesting. And we all know blacks make up 13% of the U.S population.

By my count that's 8 blacks (give or take, some look like weird muts), and 3 whites. If you look at the entire roster it's a similar distribution.

Most of the other FIFA teams I looked at had more normal representation, these 4 were the most egregious by far.

What could it all mean?

I don't think of soccer as a black sport, I played growing up in the south and the vast majority were white.
