Mine discriminates. I've seen them hold the hand of niggers and females who struggle and move them up or move them somewhere else because they suck or they are an average worker. All the white guys stay in the same position and are kind of just there. The military ones or speech managing ones end up supervisors that will change eventually.

My company discriminates against whites too. Special bonuses are given for bringing a non white non male onboard and hired. And yet when looking around at who does all the actual work, not so much the bipocs or whatever they're called.

Niggers tend to gravitate to government bureaucracy jobs, such as teller at the DMV or post office letter-shuffler. In private industry they are given high profile PR jobs in which they shake hands, smile a lot, wear expensive suits, and do nothing of any importance. Why? Because, in spite of all the assistance they get from governments and private industry, most of them are incompetent. They don't have the intelligence to do most higher-end jobs in private business or industry, which require actual intelligence, actual higher skills.

If you want to invest in the companies that avoid this nonsense you can buy shares of the “God Bless America ETF”. It only started recently, so it doesn’t have a long history, but I expect it to outperform the rest of the market.

This shit is actually affecting me. I moved from CO to AZ. the wife already had work. I figured I'd have no trouble but dear god man. I've never gone through so many interviews just to not get a job. Full disclosure I'm not even pure white. I'm part bean, but my name is white and I'm as red blooded American as someone with a tan can be. I can't believe I'm missing that CO job market. but other than that it's worlds better here. Haven't seen a single tranny once here. They're everywhere in the Denver metro. I'm sorry I'm not Pure but I fully sympathize.
