I chose Tim Pool video, although I know that many people don't like him. I also don't have so great opinion about him, but his videos ( al least some of them ), give more than just angry speak. Here he go trough many sources and debunk racist leftard narrative. It's not only about this case, I see many examples when POC have 'privileges' when companies lay off employers. Also It's proven that you have much bigger chance to get a job or be accepted to the University if you are POC or woman.... Best case is if you are Black Woman™, preferably obese or disabled....... Step by step they push whites away, on all fronts.
And you know old saying: If you get something for free, without any personal merit, you don't respect this. So it's not strange that Universities lower his standards, because this lazy entitled shitbags don't respect privilege they get, just because his skin color and / or his gender. Same is in jobs, they are lazy, don't give a fuck about jobs and expect that white 'oppressors' do his job. Very well aware that company can't fire them easy as white CIS man.

Everything stems from the left's false view of reality. They can't do anything rationally, because their narrative is not rational, and they can't or won't depart from their narrative. Committing racism to fight racism makes perfect sense to them. Their reasoning ability is switched off. All they know is that whites are evil and must be punished. They don't say this aloud very often, but it has been imprinted into their subconscious by fifty years of Jew-controlled media. With this in their minds, anything they do to white people is OK because we deserve it. That's their mindset. It's irrational, criminal, but it's how their minds work.

They resolve this contradictory with simple solution. THEY change definition of racism. So, only whites can be racists, colored lady's and gentlemen's although check all boxes, can't be racissssssst.... because...... reason............. some reason. Honestly I try to find at least crumb of logic, reason in his 'arguments', but my brain hurts and I give up long time ago. Woke retards live in cult, don't ask, don't analyze, don't think... just accept and believe.
