There are races, then there are sub-races/tribes.

A tribe basically starts off with a family and they isolate themselves and breed with eachother. Eventually, depending on the size of territory, the distance between the breeders begins to expand. So what I mean is, it starts off with brother and sister, then moves to cousins, then distant cousins, and you begin to move away from inbreeding, and begin to form a unique culture. But what happens is you all share the same bloodline. A unique bloodline. A unique culture. It is now something 'pure'.

Now. Some geographical locations allow for larger tribes to flourish, which means that there is less chance of inbreeding, therefore less chance of the people looking retarded. Then there is the opposite, where some geographical locations only allow inbreeding which doesn't move farther than first and second cousins.

For example, I was reading about how Greek people today continue to share the same DNA markers as far back as the Minoans, Mycenaeans, Dorians, and other tribes to create this unique bloodline. Despite all the years of occupation from the Turko-Mongols (ottomans), the Greeks have been able to keep their bloodline pure and still look anatomically correct. The JEWS on the other hand, really look without much variety is going on with them. Why? A lot has to do with geography and religion. They look the way they do because they are an inbred culture that sticks to inbreeding because of limitations put forth on them from their geographical and religions limitations. There aren't many anatomically correct Jews from Israel. Ashkenazi Jews are a different story because they're not Israelis. They are Europeans. But that's another story.

There's only ONE way to become Irish (or any other tribe), is to change the bloodline of ALL Irishmen (or any other tribe) and create a new pure-breed tribe.
