To do that, you first must understand the current technology and today it's so advanced it takes a corporation that hires highly educated engineers to make any advancement at all and aviation is at the stage where you need scientists and labs to delve into molecular structure and and alloy crystals to go much further in metallurgy to get progress and on into avionics computer systems. The best those clowns could have hoped for was to develop a cheap easily manufactured simple airplane from current computer modeling. But no, they can't even figure out how to hook up a laptop to the internet. Current technology of transportation, manufacturing, distribution and medicine is so far advanced these African nations can only hope to hire western contractors and technicians to run it all for them.
