I think deportation is the cornerstone of this.

If you don't personally give out the free gibs, they chimp out and say you're prejudiced and hateful. Same if you ask them if they have a job. If they do have a job, ask how they'd like being asked to work an extra 10 hours off the clock, they outshout you with "You're hateful!"
