A fantastic book on this is called Dissolving Illusions. There is another book called The Moth In the Iron Lung by Forest Maready and you can find older podcasts by him on YouTube with some great info called My Incredible Opinion. I am not at all impartial since I was obviously vaccine injured as a teen.
