He was here last summer before being arrested. Broke into my neighbors car, left a note for him "this is our territory. if you have a problem we'll fucking end you." and then proceeded to kill the guys dogs another night.

He also threatened my elderly mother when I was at work one time and rode by her house on multiple occasions on a bike.

Well he's back. And threatened and attacked our neighbors near the end of the street, and threw ink, eggs, and other shit at them.

Updates as the night goes on. Gotta watch the house because of these fucking commiefornia shitheads.
