Apparently that's what was reported by the family, but they also reported some things that don't pan out. The school responded and said there are additional details that they can't release. IDK, maybe the kid touched someone in a private area. I'd still not hold it against him for the rest of his time in school. He's five. The mother said she found out he was going to be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life. Yeah, that's not something a school can do. So she might be over reacting. It sounds like the school is quarantining him into a special needs class until they figure out what's going on. Not something to get worked up about, IMGAIW. Although, maybe I'm wrong here. They did get a felony charge for a 13 year old for a finger gun so.. IDK, our system is fucked.
