Sargon and several of the big YouTubers gave them all kinds of feedback so it slowly started getting better.
They took a big step back when they switched over to the Ethereum blockchain platform. That took a good amount of time and resources away from developing the interface.& features. Now they're having to get the bugs and quirks worked out.
They need to build out the UI features so people can set how they want their page/feed to be viewed. Because part of what's hurting Minds is how its trying to be the everything in one social network. It's really damn slow browsing for people trying to use it for photography and graphic art. Because you have one large vertical column instead of rows of a few small images like Flickr & Instagram.
Hopefully BitChute's p2p live streaming is open source because Minds could really use that feature and actually give many of us a reason to use that site.
