In my defence:

First: It was 1987.

Second: Nine of those days were for work.

As for insomnia - I actually developed insomnia as a result, and had trouble sleeping for decades afterwards. Which is why I can speak from experience when I say: Don't do drugs, kids. Except, you know, if you really want to.
