I decided if I'm going to live a better life even though I wasn't using the porn I'd delete it all. I just deleted permanently about 3/4 or a terabyte of video's and about 70K images. I now have about 800 gb's of free space. For me this would be unthinkable a few years ago but I actually feel good that I did it. I'll be getting rid of other stuff also. I've deleted most of my linux ISO's besides the ones I really like and I'm down to 3 ISO's in that folder. I guess a good house cleaning is a great thing occasionally.

I've got an archive folder I should go through...I don't even know how big the SoftwareDownloads folder is on my system. Its on the archive drive, but it has files that easily go back to 2000ish.

I don't think I have nudes and videos, but I know I have scantily clad photos of women from Maxim and FHM someplace.

porn not scantily clad, I had a folder called fuckmachines with hundred or so videos in it. I had a fisting folder also. You see when I say porn I had 26 categories and they were not tame in the least. Maxim is 13 yr old jerking material. Like the bra section of the sears catalogue 40 years ago was.

No, I know exactly what you mean. I stopped downloading porn when my dad was finding where I put it on our Win98 SE box we had in the 90s. Since then, I just looked at it online and didn't usually save it offline. I would only save offline the scantily clad stuff and just never went past it. It would be easier to explain away pictures of scantily clad women than a folder dedicated to fisting.

As for software I rarely keep more than a few years at most. It's usually lower quality of even super small software today. I'm also not saving software for others though I will save knowledge in text files like how to do something in linux like changing grub entries or something that I might not remember right offhand.
