Do you go? Have you ever served?
The cross section of people who actually show up for a jury selection is quite interesting.
It seems to me they are relying at least in my county on a couple hundred of the same people out of maybe 100k to actually fill juror's seats.
Anyone gotten busted for never going? Do you think it's a good system? Personally I get summons every year and always report, always claim hardship and always get dismissed.

I've only been called once. I showed up but got to the court room but got dismissed before so even had to sit in the box. I'd go agian if I got called just because it's our duty as Americans.
