So there is someone out there for everyone? There are no old people who die alone, having never known love, or the bedside caress of another human?
I'm curious why humans are unique in this regard. Every other animal has individuals that never mate, never get to pass on their genetics, but humans are somehow unique, in that there is 'someone for everyone'.
I'm not trying to be an asshole, I used to think the same thing myself.
