On some mobile platforms, there is no sidebar and "inifinite scroll" is the default setting. It's a little confusing.
In order to utilize sidebar functions, the user must first go into their settings page, deactivate inifinite scroll, enter their user password, and save the changes before being able to access the "bottom" of the page.
