I hadn't had it since my degenerate childhood. In the very fine form of a TV dinner in the late 80's. It was VERY VERY easy, why didn't the parents ever just make it? Happy to share the recipe if any of you chilly bears would like to have it.

Last night we had disgustingly delicious chicken taquitos. It's simply shredded chicken with pureed salsa mixed into it, in a corn tortilla deep fried. I very rarely make it because it is so bad for us, one of those "twice a year" things.

I have a lot of recipes that are super easy but yum, wondered if any of you have any favorites?

We're new we didn't know they like to keep a well organized site. There's nothing wrong with it ya know. It's not like your posts wont be seen as the initial page pulls up content by new date anyway.
