I did second year rabies vaccine on my dogs earlier this year. One became hyper aggressive towards other animals and even killed a pet goat, the other was lethargic and sluggish for a week and his personality changed drastically. I feel terrible about it but felt pressure to do so since we moved to the countryside where there is much more wild life and chance of exposure to rabies. There are many who are trying to get the laws changed, that the first injection of rabies vaccine is sufficient for up to 3-5 years, the second 7 years. Annual vaccinations are killing the pets, some quickly, most slowly through allergies, breathing issues, cancers, etc. ETA that my dog's aggression went away after about a month.
