No, don't drink since I quit that and weed a while ago. I would try to argue and just lay on the ground with my hands in plain sight still as I could be. THat cop sounded like a moron with those instructions. Even if I didn't get shot when I would argue in court I would ask the officer to do the instrutions he gave me showing you are rubbing your face into the floor while your knees slipped.
