Do we know he was religious? He was half Iranian - and Iranians are not known for being very religious in the US.

The only thing I really know about his beliefs was that he recommended Might Is Right. That is a Social Darwinist text that comes off pretty militantly atheist and has influenced contemporary Satanism.

Is there some more context or a link on this?

All I've heard is that his mother was Iranian.
