Rent is pretty reasonable, close to the subway.
I pay my family $200 room and board and have access to the entire house 3 stories and a basement and a 3 car garage. We got the place for 67k so they could close out the estate. The rents around here aren't to bad in northern NH and the people are friendly as fuck. The jobs pay around $11/hr to start and some pay up to $15 an hour in the factories. Maine and northern VT aren't bad either outside the cities living and working in the cities. It's just the big cities that suck and there is little crime like rare but every one is armed so people don't take chances because the courts are a little more conservative and for citizens rights to protect themselves and their property. Schools are actually kind of normal but I can't say for VT even though the people are pretty conservative in the north at least the ones I've met and the other ones are laid back and stoned but work also.

friend next door has like a 100 guns the one across the street has one on his hip at all times and the sheriff deputy 2 houses down across the street has cuffs. I don't like you chances and my uncle has a 12 gauge in the next room next to mine.
