56 I just can't get such a good deal and I hate bad renters or renters with kids since I like quiet when I'm at home and apartments are often filled with drunks, whores "fucking sounds beds banging" and children running around a making noise constantly. Our house is mostly adults over 40 and it's peaceful and we save a ton of cash living together like the old days and we help each other out if somethings heavy or the trash has to go out or my cousin needs the laundry basket up on the 3rd floor from the laundry room. Hell everyones on the same cable internet so it's super cheap for everyone. You should find a bunch of mature people that are trustworthy to live with, so much easier with older people because we aren't doing stupid loud shit all the time and no one drinks in the house or uses non prescription drugs either or cranking loud music except me in my car cranking hard rock metal when I drive.
