Is it noisy?
Fireworks are nearly constant in the summer. Fewer gunshots than other neighborhoods I've lived in, though.
Ah, one more thing. My neighbor is incredibly old, and I think he is mostly deaf. Nice enough dude, but old and maybe kinda slow?
Regardless, he blasts gospel fairly often, usually in the morning, but sometimes at night, and sometimes I think he falls to sleep listening to it.
The one weird that happened was he once fell asleep listening to some sort of Irish folk music? Like Riverdance or something? The stereotypical music you hear in you mind when you imagine a leprechaun dancing.
That was out of left field.
I've never lived around significant numbers of blacks but old niggers are best niggers suffice it to say.
