2 part question: Are you guys glad that Voat is done and if so, why?

I don't believe this is the end of voat. The site is experiencing a hurdle more talented coders will help Putt overcome.
I have mixed thoughts if it's truly dead. One part of me will think, 'good riddance'. The other part of me will miss having access to a lot of the valuable knowledge dropped on that site.
I try to think of Voat as the canary in the coal mine of free speech. Sure, there are other sites with more questionable content, but I think we still need Voat. If Voat dies, then those that oppose free speech win.
