Legally he is right. Just because you dislike something and want it to be illegal, and maybe rightly so, doesn't mean everything you dislike is rape. We aren't feminists. We can describe things we dislike in distinct terms instead of calling everything rape.
It is possible in non-sexual circumstances to operate against the consent of a child. Like if you did dental surgery on a teenager without their consent that would be bad. But if they did consent that wouldn't be bad. So it's very clear that a concept of consent does exist for teenagers at least. Rape would be to completely ignore someone's consent. Molestation on the other hand doesn't use the term rape and applies to whether consent was given or not. Why not call it penetrative molestation.
I may be unpopular here but you have to understand that I'm a stickler for words. Argument and therefore society breaks down when we can no longer criticize the use of words because it goes against the emotional preferences of society. Then any words can be used at all to describe any situation as long as it satisfies the mob. Therefor any accusation can be used against anyone. Law can't function if we do that and all protections cease because your legal protections depend on the ability for someone to use words in your defense and the factuality of those words are considered and that the non-factuality of another's words are dismissed.
That our legal system is willing to play games with words that make no sense is fucking dangerous. This isn't the only issue where that comes up. Our law is riddled with patently retarded logic and lame excuses for "arguments".
Don't get me going about how their view is that obscenity and speech are somehow mutually exclusive, and their non-standard for what is obscenity.
With their ability to label things out of thin air and apply nonsensical logic to those labels it's only a matter of time before "niggers" is obscenity and you no longer can say it. Literally their standard is that it's only speech if it has political, scientific, or artistic value. No other speech is actually protected. Meanwhile what they consider artistic, pornography, shows that they are willing to arbitrarily categorize what is obscene vs artistic and thereby they apply arbitrary determinations on what is protected speech. They are even willing to block otherwise constitutionally compliant laws to protect that "art" in preventing states from banning prostitution when a camera is involved. Something being art doesn't mean you can do anything to generate it. By that logic I should be allowed to assault old people if I get it on film.
Anyone who can see all of this and think our judges are trained in logic and apply it clearly knows nothing about formal logic. It's a fucking mess.
I don't care if you like the outcomes of both of these situations. Argue them correctly. Don't argue them in a way that gives arbitrary classification by our judicial system, that ignores the reality of consent and redefines one's consent statutorily (that's really dangerous, consent is a material fact of a case, not a statute. You just don't play with statutes that redefine the interpretation of that).

An unconnected elite just as Rome started to die from within, its not a foreign airforce or army that has defeated any part of America, the US is suffering from its own twisted version of bureaucracy and corruption, blackmailed now by multiple forces, some forces outside alien others might be within, maybe even traitors. The news of filth might get worse Epstein liked to collect false eyeballs for soldiers, he has a weird collection much like the BBC's Savile, I'm sure stuff gets global, strange and gross. I'm sure trafficking in the Carribbean ties in, the Vatcian is probably there, Eastern Europe, the Jewish Mafia or Mossad and even Sultans and moslem royalty. Let's remind ourselves what this could be, its human trafficking and rape and the day of the rope is not far away. Mob can be angry! And it does not matter if youre the elite of the elite, maybe the high ups they even got some global international papers and badge, maybe even knighted by the queen, big names like Nicolae Ceausescu, Benito Mussolini, they are angry the mob kills them all. The biggest can fall, and the lawyers without common sense addicted to their games, secret church mason fraternity and college debate, these political chatters, the fake priests, accountants and lawyers they might also get the rope...suddenly someone very popular can become super radioactive and cancerous...they who were near, people connected might also see a rope, if they are lucky and not face a more brutal angry and primitive medieval mob court. Part of the system has not been trained to logically build America, they have been trained in the corrupt. It's probably a good thing to see the pendulum swing again, every age of liberalism is followed by another age of conservative, without movement comes stagnation and rot.
