YOu might want Paper towels dripping with milk or cream to neutralize what acid it still there because toilet paper is gonna spread it. I also recommend starting the shower and getting the water temperature right so you can just jump in and put soap on the anus because it might swell up and a soapy shower is the only thing that'll remove the fire fast and if to slow you might get actual burns down there.
