Oh man, those can be so good! They had them at our farmer's market for awhile, but I haven't seen that particular guy lately.
We have some kind of potatoes growing, but they're nowhere near ready to dig up yet.
I dump organic olive oil on em and salt’m up.

The only super important thing missing from that recipe is a bunch of black pepper. Good olive oil makes almost everything better. Also possibly garlic, but not in he potatoes. My wife does that sometimes and it just seems somehow against nature!

I do add fresh garlic sometimes. I’ve been out of pepper and this is not ok.
So what else is there to talk about? I don’t want to talk about potatoes with you anymore.
