My advise is be like the Irish. Form vigilanty gangs secretly, then if you find a house they are grooming or raping girls in, DO NOT CALL THE POLICE. Form up when they're all their wearing gloves and masks and go in and beat and strangle them to death. Remove the girls and take them home, just drop them off so no one sees your face ever. Just do this over and over killing the nasty scum doing this till your towns are cleaned up. If their is a pedophile there kill him to even if he's a government official and if he is then spray paint peadophile across his face then drop a tip off on the internet how this official was seen carried out dead of a known child rapist home so the word gets out but use smaller non censored forums to do it. When the word gets out that peadophiles and groomers are being beaten to death the child raping faggots won't be able to get it up or will know the courts and police cannot save them. A hundred of these units and there will be little crime in the UK. For knife welders just follow them to their residence and put the word out where they live so the boys can take care of business.
