Had a great deal on boneless bottom roast at the market ($1.69lb) so I bought #20 and dry packed it. Since I was at it I packed 5 quarts of goat meat, 14 quarts of pinto beans, 14 quarts of green chile stew, and 6 quarts of meat broth.
That is going to fill a few shelves in the pantry.
