The left eroded discipline with the welfare state by making so mothers could just have a kid and live on welfare. Without a dad a lot of discipline was lost. Social controls withered in a lot of ways from normalizing out of wedlock birth, to normalizing sleeping, to fighting the "prison industrial-complex" ( meaning letting felons out more), to constant white people blaming (as you can't grow from scapegoating your personal problems onto others). If leftists actually cared they'd acknowledge this about black people and try to provide for this need for structure and discipline. They have so much control in education, media and other areas of culture yet they only push hedonism.
