One one hand, I think they agreed to do a job when they got elected, and should rightly be required to fulfill those duties or resign. Refusing to let the game continue because you don't like the way it's going for your team is childish. On the other hand, I think it's rather chilling that police are being used in an attempt to influence political matters with the threat of force. Preventing a vote by refusing to allow the legislature to form a quorum is a valid political strategy given the already established laws, and I'm willing to bet somebody can cite prior instances where similar actions have been pivotal in influencing legislation.
