What makes you think some pedophiles can't also like breasts? Some people with pedophilia don't exclusively go after kids. Some pedophiles rape/molest (or in some cases also murder) kids and adults.

Because I assume that someone "who's not exclusively a pedophile" would still be more attracted to children/teens than to adults. And, if he is less attracted to adults, he wouldn't share them in his Instagram account. That does not rule out a possibility that he is a child trafficker. I just don't think that he is sexually attracted to them. Which is strictly my opinion and I'm not a psychiatrist or an expert of any kind.

Also James Alefantis joked about giving a swords to kids in context of Caris which is known sexual joke. Pedo as fuck. I found this dude Justin Barrows in December 2016 and I already knew what they're up to. While James Alefantis account, his connections to people working in organizations supposedly combating child trafficking and his and his neighbor businesses use of pedo symbols/pedo slang ( chicken lovers ) and so on was very suspicious itself, the most scary part was this Justin Barrows guy.
