I honestly think they killed General George S. Patton to give us this modern day dystopian nightmare with the jews / antichrist jews alone and all their filthy jew / neo-marxist communist ways. I don't know whether done intentionally and/or unintentionally though. I think they did give him death from the 2nd image above.

Well here is a "TLDR" version too: 1 Luther said to force Jews to physically work, in approx. You know, there's a movie "Running Scared", part of it is inspired by "Hansel and Grethel" by brothers Grimm, and the characters inspired by a witch sell children's organs instead of eating them like in a tale.
