Infinite scroll is gay and makes it really hard for me to post something when I am on s/all or s/new.

Just checked the default settings when a new user is created and you are correct (I need some rest). I got confused since the setting is called noscroll in the code.

I'll update the welcome page to let new users know it's enabled by default.
