I'm a white guy myself and/or guy for that matter.

I don't think the consumption of soy and/or soy based products does it personally. Flax Seed / Flax Seed Oil has gotten big in recent years especially in the body building world. It's almost become a staple from what I've seen in that time. If not a staple in that time.

https://mentalhealthdaily.com/2015/04/08/20-foods-high-in-estrogen-phytoestrogens/

  1. Flax seed (163,133)

  2. Soybeans (45,724)

  3. Soy nuts (21,306)

Phytoestrogens - found in flax seed(s) and soy / soy based products, but much higher in flax seed than soy based products.

I don't get why flax seed which is super high in phytoestrogens even higher than that of soy / soy based products would even be in the bodybuilding world at that point and/or even recommended alone at that point then.

I think more or so personally it's this instead.

Sheltered life or good times / easy times - good times / easy times create weak men type thinking and such.

Part of it is the people who are effeminate etc tend to consume more soy products / vegetarian etc than the average bear.

I don't think the soy boy thing is usually meant seriously.

I've seen in the past where people say it's the "estrogen" and/or "phytoestrogens" for that matter in soy and/or soy based products, but I think you are right to as well. Used different ways by different people.

Is there a quantitative difference between "completely" and "entirely"?

Just the way I talk.

In my professional medical opinion, you talk like a fag and your shit's all retarded!

You sound like a bitch when it comes to this type of stuff. Why you wasting your time and my time coming over here bitching at me about something so minuscule?

professional medical opinion is a waste of time to even care about especially in medicine and/or the realm of medicine / drugs / psychiatry for that matter to as well.

I think you are exactly right, but soy boy just rolls off the tongue it's irresistible.

Plus soy is in everything, so the person calling some limp-wristed organic veggie-eating cuckold a soyboy might actually consume more soy than said cuckold.

I still like the insult. I also like bugman.

High estrogen in men is bad. Phytoestrogens mimic the behavior of actual estrogen. It could be that flax seed is useful for body building because, due to body building increasing testosterone, the additional estrogen may cause the body to up testosterone even more to bring the hormone levels back to balance. However, outside of rigerous exercise, high intake of phytoestrogens (via soy products, for example) does cause undesireable effects like lowered libito, bitch tits, more faggy men, etc.

Everything is okay in moderation. But, the fact remains, men are not supposed to have high levels of estrogen in their bodies.
