I think I know a couple of pals who have died, but I don't know, right? Unless they have a very serious illness they are upfront about, or tell you that they are going to kill themselves, you don't know if they are dead or not. They just kind of stop posting. And you just forget about them, until one day you wonder, how is that person doing? So you look up their profile, and realize they haven't posted anything in a year and a half. And their last post was about how they had just been sober from heroin for a year, and they had just turned 25. And you just wonder, are the dead, or are they alive? You'll never know.
