The downvote button is a just causal opinion now? No one cares about what I’m bitching about at all?

It seems mostly that no one cares, and if so, the single biggest distinction of POAL from Voat culture has degenerated, and that actually sucks a big bag of dicks if you ask me.

I loved the concept of downvoting reserved for Spam that I was introduced to by a post from an admin just days ago when I joined.

If no one cares about this then it seems like poalrbears have accepted Voat.20.

His account has been temporarily disabled for refusing to stop attacking and insulting users through their posts in the new queue. He’ll be reinstated after the block user feature is put in place.

One childish dissenter hasn't changed Poal and it's general consensus on down votes ... and likely never will.

I despise that the down vote button is being used not in its intended manner. I called pol-pot out on it. I want to pummel it into every new user when they ask how Poal is different. At some point, we have to be adults. The admins usually greet new users with a ‘please read TOS.’ I’d rather spend my time here reading new things and having different discussions, not monitoring and bitching about things. I do think it will work itself out. The best thing we can do is set an example for others.
