Listen kid.. life is about down votes. Your co-workers aren’t voting for you to succeed no matter how big they smile...they just want from you and you can be replaced.. I know cliche but give the best you have and worry about know one else.. because at the end of the day.. they don’t think or worry about you. Worry about yourself. Critical thinking and self preservation.
