I googled for it and one entry from urban dictionary said it was that 'tards were supposedly very strong. I've also heard the same claim concerning crazy people. I was myself accused of not getting any pussy because I was very strong for my size when I was younger. They called it "cock strong" but that's not correct. How would this button know any of that?
