If anything, the rock is sublimating and the sylica part of the granite is turning to glass. Thats not a rock melting.

Nah, it just bubbled up into a sphere like that while in solid rock form, obviously.

In b4 people post the video of turning hardened lava back into lava. "Lava" is a type of GLASS and is not a melted rock. Hardened lava is NOT A ROCK. find a video of a real stone being turned into liquid.
