Phuks has been around several years from what I can tell. Poal is less than 2 days old.
Phuks has been around since Oct 2016. First migration was due to a v/videos mod-admin conflict

The chat isn’t impemented at all, the back end is iirc and I haven’t even looked at getting it working yet but it’s on the list for sure
