Explain Genesis 8:4 KJV
Helps to see the verse beforehand. And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated. And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat. Genesis 8:3-4 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/gen.8.3-4.KJV
As you see, the water receded, which is when the grand canyon was formed, in one major event, just like it looks, not some drawn out impossible process. Why hasnt the missisipi or the amazon or the nile carved a grand canyon by now? Cuz its a bullshit story.
So why didn't this flood carve the Mississippi or Amazon or Nile into giant canyons as well?
