Hate crime laws have resulted in a bizarrely skewed and inconsistent application of the law where 4 black people can kidnap and abuse a white retarded kid, while hurling racial slurs, then get probation once the hate crime charges are dropped.
While the folks who wove a confederate flag and briefly brandished a firearm outside a black owned residence when their truck broke down get like 13-20 years.
To be clear... both situations involve class A assholes... but in what universe should kidnapping and torture get a pass while brandishing a weapon, w/ a confederate flag and hurling racial slurs gets that kind of sentence? No one was injured.
The most offensive part of hate crime laws is our countries stance on free speech. How can a nation that values free speech legislate harsher against someone based on their perceived state of mind and thoughts? All violent crime is inherently hateful.
A clear example of the problem I'm talking about.
Who gets to decide what is a "hate crime" and what isn't. This is the game (((they))) like to play. Muddy the waters by making everything "termable" i.e. a crime isn't just a crime, it's a"hate crime" or "racially charged". This makes it almost impossible to talk generally about something because the jew just wants to play the semantics game. Why else do you think they love physchology so much? If you own the "science" of psychology, you can play with the very essence and meaning of thought and words.
