Mixed ideas on this one. On the one hand yeah teaching the next generation should pay well, on the other hand they already get fantastic benefit packages from what I understand. Also considering I worked in education and I've worked in the private sector best of luck to him. Private sector expects results.

$38K would be tough. His wife works there too though, so combined that's $76K, a little more manageable.
