Honestly as a user who has seen the interaction I sure didn’t think anything ban worthy had happened, but that’s my opinion. If she had been following users around or commenting snarky on every thread or something. Just seemed like an over reaction to me. I’d probably talk to your other mod about it if I were in your spot. Maybe some kind of system where people get a warning or something
