How does this still read pretty anti men?? Women don't have as many jobs as men it's the patriarchy or male privilege. men are losing jobs to women, it's because they can't communicate as well? Even if this is true maybe they are struggling with this because there are so many more women in the workplaces and men and women communicate and think differently.
