You have a point, even in westernized countries we don't allow this to happen. Helmets, seat belts, ect. We stop it at every turn. Now I'm not saying don't allow people to invent things like seat belts and helmets, I'm saying maybe enforcing their use isn't the best idea... I'm tired enough to be honest thats probably not good.
